The reservation is valid in our Bordeaux "Clémenceau Auditorium" car park, just a few metres from your hotel.
On arrival, scan the QR Code and collect the ticket issued by the terminal. Keep this ticket throughout your stay, as multiple entries and exits are possible. It should be inserted at both the exit and entry terminals.
If you exceed the parking time limit, you will be charged according to the car park's current tariff schedule. You can pay on site at the exit pay station by bank card or Total GR card.

Can I cancel a reservation?
Yes, cancellation is possible from your customer area, under the heading "My reservations" by clicking on "cancel this reservation" up to 72 hours before the arrival time. If the cancellation option has been subscribed, the cancellation is possible until 11:59 pm the day before your arrival.
If you don't have a client space, you can fill in the form for cancellation or retraction of a reservation.

Can I change my license plate?
No. You cannot modify the license plate of a reservation, but you can cancel the reservation from your account and prebook a new one on Q-Park.fr.

Can I change a booking ?
No. You cannot change a booking, but you can cancel it from your personal space.

How can I find out the details of a parking: rates, services available, opening hours?

If I have a problem on site, who can you contact?
In case of problem on-site, who should I contact? If you experience a problem in the parking facility, you can contact a Q-Park agent via the call buttons (intercoms) located at the entrance and exit terminals and at the 24-hour automatic pay terminals.

Am I guaranteed to find a space if I make a reservation online?
Yes. When you make a reservation on Q-Park.fr, you pay for your parking space in advance, therefore you have the guarantee that you will find an available parking space when you arrive.

Is it possible to make a reservation for motorbikes, vans, trucks and motor homes?
No. Reservations are only possible for light vehicles.

Are parking facilities accessible at all times?
Yes. Q-Park.fr customers can enter and leave the car park 24h/24 even if the car park access is closed for the public. Just press the call button at the car park access and communicate your reservation number. The ticket issued at the car park entrance will also give you access to the secure pedestrian access gate.

I did not receive the confirmation email, what should I do?
If you did not receive the confirmation email, check your spam folder.

The QR code is not displayed in the confirmation email of my reservation, what can I do?
The QR code that will allow you to enter the parking lot is also in the PDF attached to the confirmation email.

Is it possible to book a space for the same day?
Yes. You can book a parking space up to 30 minutes before your arrival.

Is it possible to book several spaces at the same time in the same car park?
No. It is not possible to book several spaces at the same time, an order can only contain one booked space. However, you can place various orders in a row via a single account.

Is it possible to choose a specific parking space in a car park?
No. No parking space number shall be assigned. You can park in the space of your choice unless a specific indication is given in the terms and conditions of the car park where you have booked. This information is provided on the parking page and in your order confirmation.

When a space search is saved, is the space booked?
No. Searches saved through your personal account must be paid for online to be validated. Your parking space is only guaranteed once payment has been made.

I was unable to use the QR code for my reservation at the car park entrance, what should I do?
If you received a ticket at the entrance, please contact us via the intercom buttons at the car park exit. You will be asked for your reservation number so that you can leave without having to pay twice.

Do I have to report to the car park manager on arrival?
No. When you arrive at the car park entrance at the time of your reservation, you can enter according to the existing procedures: by reading the number plate of your vehicle or by using the QR code that was given to you when you made your reservation. If a ticket is issued at the entrance terminal, please keep it. It will be used to open the pedestrian accesses on your return. You will find all the information you need (procedure, reservation number, QR code, pedestrian access code, etc.) in the reservation confirmation e-mail.

Are repeated entries/exits allowed?
Yes. If you have chosen a Multipass option, you can enter and leave your vehicle as many times as you wish during your reservation period. You are guaranteed a space at each entry. If you have chosen a Onepass option, each exit is definitive, your reservation ends immediately even if the duration of the reservation initially planned is not completed.

Is it possible to reserve a parking space several months in advance?
Yes. On parkingsparisladefense.fr, you can book your space up to 1 year (365 days) before your planned date of arrival.

Is it possible to arrive before the scheduled time?
No. Your arrival must correspond to the time of entry stated when you booked online.

Is it possible to leave after the scheduled departure time?
Yes. You can leave the car park up to 15 minutes after the scheduled departure time of your reservation without any additional charge. After this 15-minute time limit, you will be charged an overrun (at the rate in force in the car park) to be paid at the automatic cash desk or at the exit terminal.

Is it possible to leave before my reservation expires?
Yes. If you leave before the date or time of your booking, no refund can be requested.

Is it possible to pay for the parking space when you leave the car park?
No. All bookings must be paid for online before you arrive at the car park.

Is it necessary to go through the pay terminal before exiting the car park?
No. If you have not exceeded the time limit, you can simply exit the car park according to existing procedures: by reading the number plate of your vehicle or by inserting your ticket into the exit terminal.
