I was unable to use the QR code for my reservation at the car park entrance, what should I do?

If you received a ticket at the entrance, please contact us via the intercom buttons at the car park exit. You will be asked for your reservation number so that you can leave without having to pay twice.
Do I have to report to the car park manager on arrival?

Yes. You can leave the car park up to 15 minutes after the scheduled departure time of your reservation without any additional charge.
