The athletics events during the 2024 Summer Olympics are being held in Paris, France. They take place from August 1 to 11, 2024. The track events take place at the Stade de France, while the road events will take place in the city. Forty-eight finals are on the program for this competition (23 men's, 23 women's and two mixed). The 50 km walk disappears from the Olympic program in favor of a mixed team walking event.
