  • Do you want to cancel your order? Go to your customer area, section "My bookings".

    Click on "cancel this reservation".

    Cancellation is possible up to 72 hours before the arrival time. If you do not have an account, you can cancel your order via the order confirmation email you received. If the cancellation option has been taken out, cancellation is possible up to the day before your arrival in accordance with article 5 of our general conditions of sale.

  • Do you want to withdraw? You can withdraw within 14 days of your reservation.

    To exercise your right of withdrawal, please complete the form by choosing the subject "Request for Withdrawal".
