When a space search is saved, is the space booked?

No. Searches saved through your personal account must be paid for online to be validated. Your parking space is only guaranteed once payment has been made.
I was unable to use the QR code for my reservation at the car park entrance, what should I do?

If you received a ticket at the entrance, please contact us via the intercom buttons at the car park exit. You will be asked for your reservation number so that you can leave without having to pay twice.
Do I have to report to the car park manager on arrival?

No. When you arrive at the car park entrance at the time of your reservation, you can enter according to the existing procedures: by reading the number plate of your vehicle or by using the QR code that was given to you when you made your reservation. If a ticket is issued at the entrance terminal, please keep it. It will be used to open the pedestrian accesses on your return. Are repeated entries/exits allowed?

Yes. If you have chosen a Multipass option, you can enter and leave your vehicle as many times as you wish during your reservation period. You are guaranteed a space at each entry. Is it possible to arrive before the scheduled time?

Yes. You can leave the car park up to 15 minutes after the scheduled departure time of your reservation without any additional charge. After this 15-minute time limit, you will be charged an overrun (at the rate in force in the car park) to be paid at the automatic cash desk or at the exit terminal.
Is it possible to leave before my reservation expires?

Yes. If you leave before the date or time of your booking, no refund can be requested.
